Con GovNotify, le organizzazioni governative possono raggiungere rapidamente e in modo efficace i propri cittadini, fornendo loro informazioni importanti in tempo reale. Integrato con la suite GovHub, GovNotify eredita le anagrafiche di base (utenze, organizzazioni e servizi) e l'esperienza d'uso, offrendo una gestione unificata delle informazioni dei processi operativi. La sicurezza è un fattore fondamentale per GovNotify, grazie alla non divulgazione delle chiavi di spedizione, che riduce sensibilmente il pericolo d'uso improprio del servizio di messaggistica AppIO. Inoltre, GovNotify offre un sistema di configurazione dei messaggi personalizzabile in base alle esigenze specifiche della Pubblica Amministrazione, che consente ai gestori di determinare il contenuto dei messaggi e renderli più pertinenti ed efficaci. La pianificazione della spedizione dei messaggi è estremamente semplice grazie alla possibilità di effettuare chiamate API Rest o di caricare un file CSV con le informazioni necessarie.
